Terms & Conditions

Orders

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards, wire transfer or check. If paying by check, we will process the order upon receipt of payment.

Lead Times

Each piece in our collection is handcrafted and built to order. For most items, we anticipate 6-8 weeks from receipt of payment, unless otherwise noted.  We will provide a more accurate time frame with receipt of each order.

Rush Orders

Please contact us to inquire about RUSH orders.

Custom Orders

Some APD items can be customized. For custom orders, please contact us to discuss a custom project or request.

UL Listing 

UL listing is available upon request and for an additional fee.  Please contact us for further information.

Shipping

Most items will ship via UPS or Fed-Ex and buyer assumes cost of shipping.  Shipping is calculated at the time of your order. Select items will require crating and a custom quote will be generated for each order.

Returns and Exchanges

Each item is made to order and for this reason, we do not offer cancellations, returns or exchanges.

Damages

All items should be inspected immediately upon receipt for flaws, defects or damage. If your item arrives damaged, Argosy Product Division must be notified of the damage in writing within 7 business days of receipt of order.  Please provide a detailed description and photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

Finishes

All APD finishes are hand-applied by skilled craftsmen and some natural variations should be expected.  Finishes may age, wear or oxidize over time. Client accepts this possibility as an integral part of the finish selection process. APD shall not be responsible for these effects. 

Warranty

These products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from date of delivery.

These products must be maintained in accordance with the APD’s cleaning/care instructions and guidelines.  Failure to follow APD’s cleaning/care instructions or recommended procedures/guidelines will void this warranty.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear (including minor scratches), mishandling, exposure to weather, improper cleaning solutions or methods, accidents, misuse, or abuse are not covered by this warranty.
